Officials are clarifying work that is scheduled to take place the next two years on a section of Kentucky 115 between Pembroke and Oak Grove.
Ninth District State Representative Myron Dossett says safety and major repaving projects on that section of roadway will be bid later this year.

Transportation Cabinet District One and Two Public Information Officer Keith Todd says the work will take place from Carneal Lane to Mason Lane, which is about 6.7 miles.Dossett says road patching will take place later this year.

He adds the next step will be a significant widening project along Kentucky 115.

Todd says the widening project will include new cross drains and culverts, shoulder improvements, embankment improvements and other work.
