A Hopkinsville man was charged with first-degree burglary and retaliating against a participant in a legal process Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 29-year-old Henry Pratt went to the home of Samantha Martin on Nelson Drive and after banging on the door he entered the home and blamed her for getting him arrested.
Pratt is not allowed to be around Martin due to prior charges.
