A Hopkinsville man was arrested after police say he exposed himself Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville police say 21-year-old Joshua Hazen was identified from photos the victim took and charged after he exposed himself in the area of Lafayette Road.
He was reportedly wearing the same clothing as he was in the photos when police arrested him.
