A Hopkinsville man was arrested and charged with possession of meth and public intoxication on Canton Street Sunday night
Hopkinsville Police say 30-year-old Michael Williams was found sitting on the side of a closed business and when police attempted to talk with him he became aggravated.
After a search of his person, a pipe and meth were found.
