A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for theft by unlawful taking and failure to appear Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 29-year-old Patrick Boston along with David Colgin took two shopping carts full of items from Wal-Mart out a fire exit without paying on April 8th.
Colgin was arrested on May 17th and charged with theft by unlawful taking. The items are valued at $2,025.
