The Leadership Hopkinsville-Christian County program is accepting applications for the 2019-2020 class.
Payton Kidd, a graduate of the 2018-2019 class says the nearly ten-month program has been a huge blessing in his life.

Each month the class visits a different career field to learn more about what makes Hopkinsville and Christian County successful.

Kidd works with the Pennyrile Area Development District, where he works in the Area Agency on Aging & Independent Living program.
He adds one of the class requirements is to participate in the community service projects, during which his group helped out Habitat for Humanity.

Kidd spoke to the Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club during their weekly lunch meeting Thursday.
Applications for the 2019-2020 class are being accepted through Monday, June 3, with the class to be announced in July. More information about the class can be found on the Christian County Chamber of Commerce’s website.
