A Hopkinsville man was arrested on charges of trafficking marijuana after police went to his home to arrest him on warrants Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they went to the home of 21-year-old Earl Byers to locate him for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
When police entered the home they could reportedly smell marijuana and multiple people were running around inside.
Byers was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana and failure to appear.
