Two Tennessee men are charged with possession of meth after being found in a vehicle on Fort Campbell Boulevard Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to check the welfare of the occupants in a vehicle and found 36-year-old Shawn Stewart of Knoxville, Tennessee in the passenger side of the vehicle.
After asking him to step out of the vehicle police found a syringe and a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine.
The driver 33-year-old Thomas Nelson of Clarksville was later found at a local store.
They are both charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Stewart was also arrested on charges of failure to appear and giving officers a false name.
