Vertigan was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Keown is charged with first-degree possession of meth and cocaine, fleeing or evading police on foot and motor vehicle, DUI, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, resisting arrest, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
