A man was stopped for having people riding in the back of his truck and charged with DUI Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 39-year-old Lane Waddell was stopped on North Drive and reportedly had the smell of alcohol on his breath along with open containers of alcohol in the vehicle.
The truck only had a plywood truck bed. He is charged with DUI and first-degree wanton endangerment.
