A Hopkinsville woman was charged with DUI and third-degree criminal mischief after police say she was doing donuts in a front yard Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for reports of a reckless driver and found 32-year-old Jessica Cates had been doing donuts in a front yard of an East 7th Street home.
Cates was blocked in by another driver when police arrived and was already out of the vehicle acting very erratic.
