The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to mill and pave along a section of US 41 in northern Christian County beginning Tuesday.
Spokesman Keith Todd reports 16-miles of roadway will be paved just north of Kentucky 1682/Hopkinsville Bypass to the Christian-Hopkins County line. Motorists should be prepared to encounter one lane traffic, with alternating flow controlled by flaggers.
He adds Rogers Group will work during daylight hours Monday through Saturday anytime the weather allows, except for Thursday, July 4. The target completion date for the project is Monday, July 15.
