A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement and possession of meth on Hart Road Monday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say they attempted to arrest 45-year-old Robert Preston for outstanding warrants when he fled into a Hart Road home before being tased.
After he was arrested deputies reportedly found a bag of meth where he was sitting.
He is charged with first-degree possession of meth and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
Preston was also arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
