A man was sent to an area hospital following a lawnmower accident in Caldwell County Wednesday afternoon.
Princeton Fire Chief Brent Francis says that rescue crews were called to the scene of an accident involving a lawnmower on Enon Road just after two. He adds that the man involved, whose name has not been released, was attempting to unload a zero-turn mower off of a trailer when the trailer became unstable causing the mower to tip over, pinning the man beneath.
Chief Francis notes that the man was successfully removed from under the lawnmower and was transported to a regional hospital by Caldwell County EMS for injuries sustained in the incident.
No other information has been released at this time.
