Hopkinsville Man Arrested For DUI In Trigg County

A Hopkinsville man was arrested and charged with his second DUI after a vehicle collision early Friday morning.

The Trigg County Sheriff’s Office reports they were called out to a wreck at the intersection of Rockcastle Road and Stoney Lane. Upon arrival, officers found 28-year old Thomas Myers, Jr. with bloodshot eyes and reported his breath had a strong smell of alcohol. Myers reportedly failed multiple field sobriety tests. Myers was transported to Trigg County Hospital and then lodged in the Christian County Jail charged with driving on a DUI suspended license – aggravating circumstances.
