A traffic stop for expired registration led to meth charges Saturday afternoon.Todd County Sheriff’s Deputies say 26-year-old Brandon Tino-Cunniffe of Elkton was stopped on Stringtown Road for expired registration and during the stop, deputies found a glass pipe and meth on him.
He is charged with first-degree possession of meth along with failure to maintain insurance and registration.
