A Hopkinsville man was charged with kidnapping and second-degree sexual abuse after he reportedly held a juvenile against her will Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they went to a Donna Drive home to check the welfare of a female juvenile and found her with blood on her shirt and marks on her neck.
The juvenile told police 19-year-old Trevarius Daniels allegedly choked her and would not let her leave with her friends after having intercourse.
She told police she had been dating Daniels. He was arrested after police were able to convince him to come out of the home.
