Over a dozen students participated in a signing ceremony with several companies at Hopkinsville Community College Tuesday morning. The students are part of the fourth cohort class of the Hopkinsville chapter (HOPFAME) of the Kentucky Federal of Advanced Manufacturing Education (KYFAME).
HOPFAME Success Coach Tara Rascoe says the program gives students a chance to work with industry partners that match higher education with continuous real-world experience. She notes students come to classes two days a week and they work with the manufacturing partners three-days a week.
