Police have released more information about a crash involving a Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy’s vehicle that injured a man and two deputies Friday night.
Kentucky State Police say 53-year-old Deputy Charles Fiscella of Hopkinsville was responding to a call when a vehicle in front of him changed lanes entering into the deputy’s lane.
In an attempt to prevent colliding with the vehicle Fiscella swerved right and hit a car driven by 19-year-old Johnny Lacey of Missouri as he was exiting Interstate 24 onto Pennyrile Parkway.
Fiscella and his passenger Special Deputy 44-year-old Philip Eastman of Hopkinsville were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for minor injuries. Lacey was taken by ambulance to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
