A Hopkinsville man was charged with robbery after he allegedly assaulted a man on South Fowler Avenue Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police Officer Adam Robertson said 30-year-old Montie Streeval assaulted a man at the intersection of West 2nd Street then took medication from him before fleeing the area.
Police located Streeval on North McPherson Avenue and charged him with robbery.
