Two Clarksville children were reportedly found safe Friday night after a Child Abduction Emergency was issued.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reports 11-year old Traveon and 10-year old Le’Asia Thompson were located in Wytheville, Virgina with their non-custodial mother 39-year-old Jennifer Lewis.
The emergency alert was issued around 6:50 Friday night, about 24-hours after the children had been considered missing.
The Clarksville Police Department reported the children were last seen Thursday afternoon in their Cross Ridge Drive home around 5:30 in pajamas when a family member left for work.
At around 7:00, a family member came home and they were missing, with their pajamas left in the room.
Lewis was taken into custody and the children will be returned back to Clarksville.
