The Christian County Colonel Marching Band took home a win from competition over the weekend.
Anthony Darnall, Director of Bands says they were named Grand Champion at the Russellville High School “Show of Bands” competition on Saturday. Darnall adds they also received 1st place, Best Color Guard, and Best Percussion in Class AAAA.
The band will travel to Dover, TN for the Band Between the Lakes Invitational on Saturday.
The marching band has 105 students this year and the show they are performing is called “The Power of One.”
