Deputies have released the name of a motorcyclist charged with fleeing from law enforcement after a high-speed pursuit Monday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Myers said he attempted to stop a motorcyclist on Kentucky 1682 for speeding and the driver 26-year-old Kevin Okum of Oak Grove fled at speeds of over 100 mph.
Okum reportedly turned onto Greenville Road and traveled into Todd County before stopping on Kentucky 181 near US 68.
Okum was arrested and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police and wanton endangerment.
