Prosecution Seeking DNA Testing In Pembroke Triple Murder Case

The former Fort Campbell Army major charged in the 2015 Pembroke triple murder case appeared in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning for a pretrial conference.

Christian “Kit” Martin’s new attorney, Tom Griffiths, filed two motions — a motion to set adversary bond and a motion regarding grand jury discovery. Judge John Atkins asked Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Prather if they had a response to the grand jury discovery. He stated they would tender a more thorough response and more discovery that has come about as well as some subpoenas.
