A Grand Rivers man was charged with murder after he allegedly ran over a woman at the Paducah/McCracken County Convention and Expo Center Sunday morning.
Paducah Police say surveillance video showed 49-year-old James Vanvactor arguing with 48-year-old Angella Hale of Calvert City before she sat down behind an RV and he backed over her with the front and back wheels.
Hale was located two hours later and Vanvactor who was still in the parking lot was arrested.
He is charged with resisting arrest and murder.
