A Hopkinsville man and woman are charged after their toddler was reportedly found walking in the roadway Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 25-year-old Brandon Tagge and 29-year-old Jennifer Abney were charged with first-degree wanton endangerment after their toddler was found walking in the roadway at Fort Campbell Boulevard and Locust Grove Road.
Tagge and Abney were reportedly located outside the home and didn’t know the child was not inside until someone brought the child home.
