A Trigg County man was charged with wanton endangerment after he reportedly threatened two men with a gun Wednesday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy David Tomlinson said 77-year-old James Musselman pointed a shotgun at two men on Military Road after he accused them of stealing and wanted to see inside their building.
One of the men was reportedly able to get the shotgun away from Musselman and he reached for a handgun he had on him before both men fled.
Musselman went back to his home where deputies later located him and charged him with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
