Jeffers Bend Environmental Center invites the public to a scary and fun event where you and your family can feel the chill of Halloween and hear strange events as the legendary haunting of the Bell Witch story is told.
Jeffers Bend Coordinator Charles Turner says the event, Torchlight Tales, will be Saturday evening, October 26, beginning at 6:00.
In addition, he says admission is just a few dollars to the event and refreshments also be served.
Turner indicates the event is free for military and first responders.
Torchlight Tales is sponsored by the Jeffers Bend Steering Committee in cooperation with Pennyrile RC&D Area Council.
Jeffers Bend Environmental Center is located on Metcalfe Lane, just off the intersection with North Main Street in Hopkinsville.
