A juvenile was flown to a Nashville hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Lafayette Road Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say Jay Mulero was walking near the intersection of Eagle Way when he crossed the road behind a southbound fire truck and entered the northbound lane walking into the path of an SUV driven by 23-year-old Morgan Meacham of Hopkinsville.
Mulero was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville where he remains in stable condition.
Tiger Connection released Mulero’s name in a post Saturday morning.
