A Trigg County native will be among those participating in a rodeo that has become a tradition at Murray State University this weekend.
Megan Mitchell tells the News Edge it’s pretty incredible to be able to participate.
Rodeo coordinator Dan Van Hooser says there will be a lot going on every night.
Van Hooser adds all the activities will take place at the Bill Cherry Expo Center in Murray.
Van Hooser notes tickets will be available at the door.
There is a discount for group tickets, as well.
Van Hooser adds there will be a food collection hosted by the Hutson School of Agriculture and will allow for people to get free tickets for Thursday’s rodeo.
The rodeo will start at 7:00 PM each night. The Bill Cherry Expo Center is located at 2101 College Farm Road in Murray.
