A traffic stop on a bicyclist reportedly led to a foot pursuit on North Main Street Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 33-year-old Albert Seabrooks was stopped for not having any lights on his bicycle and fled running through yards before he was found hiding under a vehicle on Braden Street.
Seabrooks was reportedly found to have marijuana on him after a search. He is charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police and possession of marijuana.
Seabrooks was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
