2019 brought many improvements, including to Trigg County Hospital which is doing better financially.
Trigg County Judge/Executive Hollis Alexander tells the News Edge the hospital has improved tremendously.
He adds there have been many changes made that have helped the hospital save money.
Alexander notes he hears stories all the time of how the hospital has saved numerous lives.
Other improvements will need to be made in order for the hospital to become even better.
Magistrates approved in 2018, an additional 10 cent per hundred tax on all real estate and personal property to go to the hospital to help improve their financial situation.
