A man was arrested after he allegedly agreed to meet two juveniles for sexual activities at a Hopkinsville motel Tuesday.
Hopkinsville Police say the man arranged to meet up with a 16 and 17-year-old for sexual activities in exchange for money and alcohol at the Rodeway Inn.
The 16-year-old reportedly consented to having sex for money on two separate occasions. Police say the 17-year-old was allegedly helpless due to intoxication during intercourse.
The man is charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, and two counts of third-degree rape.
