Police have located a Louisville man that escaped while on work release in Marshall County Monday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say 40-year-old Robert Fritz walked away from work release at the Marshall County Animal Shelter in Benton Monday afternoon.
Fritz was reportedly located Tuesday morning at a rest area off of Interstate 64 in Shelby County in a vehicle reported stolen in Marshall County.
Police used OnStar to find the stolen vehicle and Fritz was arrested and charged with second-degree escape.
