A man was charged with wanton endangerment after he allegedly fired his gun during a fight over a basketball game Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 62-year-old Timothy McWilliams got into a physical fight with a homeowner on Mclean Avenue over a basketball game and flipped over a table in the home.
McWilliams then reportedly went to his car and got a gun firing it towards the homeowner.
No one was injured in the shooting but McWilliams was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by police to be checked out for injuries to his face from the physical fight.
Police say McWilliams urinated on the floor and would not stop cursing and screaming at the hospital.
McWilliams was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and public intoxication.
