A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly choked his girlfriend during a fight on Honeysuckle Drive Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 25-year-old Raymond Hill was fighting with his girlfriend when he choked her and broke a window by tossing something during the argument.
Hill was located by police walking in the area and reportedly gave police false identifying information.
He is charged with first-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal mischief, and giving officers false identifying information. Hill also had outstanding warrants for failure to appear in contempt of court.
