A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly threatened people with a gun and busted out a vehicle’s windows with a brick Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 20-year-old Timothy Deason along with a juvenile were seen on video busting out the windows of a vehicle parked at the skate park on Richard Street before he showed a gun to people at the park and said “I got something for y’all”.
Deason was reportedly located crawling through a window on North Iris Drive and found to have a BB gun that resembled an actual gun.
He is charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
