A Hopkinsville woman was injured in a wreck on Old Clarksville Pike Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 29-year-old Meshawn Bailey turned onto Old Clarksville Pike from Fort Campbell Boulevard when a truck in front of her driven by 16-year-old Douglas Petersen of Clarksville pulled into the Jerry’s Express Car Wash lot.
Petersen reportedly attempted to exit the lot onto Old Clarksville Pike and hit the side of Bailey’s car causing it to spin, run off the road and into a ditch.
Bailey was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for neck and back pain.
