Funeral services for 71-year old Rodney “Ronnie” Chevis Groom of Hopkinsville will be Monday morning, February 17, at 11:00 at First Presbyterian Church in Hopkinsville.
Burial with military honors will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will at the church Monday morning beginning at 9:30.
Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home in Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife: Angela Haywood Groom; his sons: Shane (Brandi) Halvorson of Hopkinsville, KY, Jeff (Sarah) Addison of Hopkinsville, KY, Wade (Becca) Groom of Russellville, KY and Justin (Jessica) Groom of Gracey, KY; his sisters: Linda (Larry) Myers and Judy (Greg) Hester both of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren: Callie Burroughs, Nancy Halvorson, Gunnar Groom, Victor Groom, Elinor Groom, Eli Gilliland, Eowyn Groom, Tate Addison, and Beau Addison; his great-grandchildren: Reagan Carrol, Aiden Jenkins, Jennifer Burroughs, Ella Carter, and River Burroughs.
