Deputies have released the name of a woman that was taken to the hospital after a wreck involving four vehicles on Pennyrile Parkway Monday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say a southbound tractor-trailer driven by 50-year-old David Carman of Beaver Dam attempted to change lanes to let two vehicles merge onto Pennyrile Parkway at Exit 11.
Carman hit a car driven by 47-year-old Walter Koelm of Madisonville that was next to him then the two vehicles driven by 30-year-old Lacy Duke of Dawson Springs and 42-year-old Nichols Blackman of Hopkinsville that were merging into traffic.
Duke was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for leg and arm pain.
