A passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation in Todd County was charged with trafficking meth Sunday.
Kentucky State Police say they stopped a vehicle for failing to use a turn signal as they turned onto Tress Shop Road from Stringtown Road.
During the stop, a passenger in the vehicle 31-year-old Joshua Justice was reportedly found to be in possession of a large amount of meth and marijuana.
Justice is charged with public intoxication along with trafficking meth and marijuana. The female driver was not charged.
