Trigg County EMS is taking extra steps to ensure the safety of its employees and patients until further notice.
Director Jason Meador says if you are having an emergency, continue calling 911.
He adds when they arrive on scene they will then conduct another interview through the door.
Meador says if you still test positive for the screening they will take protective actions in getting you to the hospital.
The extra precautions may make the response time a little slower, but Meador ensures the process is in the best interest of everyone involved.
