A Cadiz woman was charged with criminal mischief after she allegedly hit a vehicle on Apache Drive in Hopkinsville Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 36-year-old Deserai Hart intentionally backed into her in-laws’ vehicle on Apache Drive causing over $1,000 in damage.
Hart was charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
