A Hopkinsville man was charged after he was reportedly found naked outside a home on Liberty Street Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for a male walking around naked and found 29-year-old Dedrick Willingham on the front porch of a home he did not live in.
Willingham was reportedly under the influence of a controlled substance and in view of juveniles. He was arrested and charged with first-degree indecent exposure and public intoxication.
