
A 19-year old Crofton man was arrested on an indictment warrant Tuesday in connection to a drive-by shooting that occurred in May of last year.
Hopkinsville Police report Trey Kerns was taken into custody at Huck’s on Lafayette Road around shortly before 8:00 Tuesday night on a warrant for first-degree wanton endangerment.
On May 20, 2019, Police reported several witnesses told officers they saw Payton Leneave of Hopkinsville driving a car when his passenger, Kern fired two shots at a residence of a female victim, who was inside her home. There were no injuries reported.
Kerns is lodged in the Christian County.

The drive of the car, Leneave was indicted by the Christian County Grand Jury in January for first-degree complicity wanton endangerment.
