A Hopkinsville man was charged with trafficking a misrepresented drug along with possession of meth and marijuana after a traffic stop on West Jefferson Davis Highway in Todd County Tuesday night.
Kentucky State Police say 30-year-old Nathaniel Joiner was stopped for several traffic violations and found to have marijuana, meth, and an unknown controlled substance.
He is charged with trafficking in a misrepresented controlled substance, possession of meth and marijuana, careless driving, and disregarding a stop sign.
