The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reports one lane of Interstate 24 in southern Christian County is closed for emergency repairs.
District Two Spokeswoman Keirsten Jaggers says a concrete failure has closed the eastbound right lane near the 91-mile marker. She adds state highway crews will be on-site Tuesday to make pothole repairs with the work expected to be completed in two days, weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to reduce their speed and pay attention to traffic control while traveling through this work zone.
