A Fort Campbell soldier was charged after he was reportedly found with a large amount of Xanax pills and marijuana Wednesday night in Stewart County, Tennessee.
Stewart County Sheriff’s Deputies say 26-year-old Kalvin Taylor was stopped by deputies for possible drug activity and a K9 alerted on the vehicle.
After a search deputies reportedly found 500 Xanax pills, 15 pounds of marijuana, and a weapon. Deputies say the traffic stop has led to search warrants in other jurisdictions.
Taylor is charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell.
