The Christian County Health Department reported four new COVID-19 cases were confirmed Friday, three of which are active.
According to the health department, there are now 17 active cases, and one of the newly confirmed cases is among the 97 recoveries.
The active cases include five in the pediatric age group, eleven in the young adult to middle age category, and one older adult.
The health department reports the total number of coronavirus cases in Christian County is 117 and three deaths since the outbreak began.
