A Russellville man was charged with DUI fourth or more offenses and trafficking synthetic drugs Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 31-year-old Michael Long was found on North Drive stopped in the wrong lane of travel just before 5 am. He was sleeping when police arrived and the vehicle was still in drive.
Long allegedly told police he had smoked marijuana earlier in the day. After a search of his vehicle police say a large amount of synthetic drugs were located.
He is charged with DUI fourth or more offenses, driving on a DUI suspended license third offense, and trafficking in synthetic drugs.
